Effective 1 November 2026. This notice explains what happens to your information when you visit our website or contact us about a project.

Your project brief stays with you until you send it

The enquiry form uses the information you enter, including your name, project type, date, location and brief, to prepare a message. The form does not send a submission to our server, store a brief in a database, or save your entries in browser storage. Entries remain in the current browser page while you use it.

Choosing WhatsApp opens an external WhatsApp link with your draft in the link. WhatsApp receives that request and handles it under its own privacy policy. Choosing email passes the draft to your email app or provider. Review the draft and press Send there to contact us. Opening a draft does not mean that we have received an enquiry.

Please share only what we need to understand your project. Do not include passport details, payment card information, medical information, or sensitive details about guests.

When you contact us

If you send a message, we receive the details you choose to share and the contact information supplied by your email or messaging service. We use them to answer your enquiry, assess the project, prepare a proposal, and manage work you agree with us. We do not use an enquiry to sign you up for a marketing mailing list.

Website hosting and technical information

This website is hosted on Vercel. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, and the date and time of a request to deliver and protect the website.

The website does not include analytics, advertising trackers, an online payment system, or a customer account database. We do not set optional analytics or advertising cookies through this website. Email, WhatsApp, and hosting providers may process information under their own terms, including outside the UAE.

Sharing and keeping information

Information may be handled by the services needed to host this site and communicate with you. For an agreed project, we may share necessary details with relevant suppliers or professional advisers, or where disclosure is required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep enquiry and project information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, deliver agreed work, maintain necessary records, and meet applicable obligations. The period depends on the purpose and any legal requirements. Hosting and communications providers have their own retention arrangements.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to use the form and contact us directly instead. Depending on the law that applies, you may be able to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, object to or restrict certain uses, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
